I am trying to get an Exabyte Eagle (discontinued) NS8 tape drive to show up in my SCSI chain so that I can verify its function.

The software included is for Windows NT, of course, but a friend of mine took a DAT drive from a PC and successfully got it to work in a Mac.

Questions:

Will buying Retrospect solve my problem?
Are there drivers out there to make this drive show up?
