    RPC Server

    I'm trying to connect through to printers on the network via Network Neighbourhood and clicking on our Printserver and selecting the appropriate printer. Unfortunately I keep getting the message "Cannot connect to printer. The RPC server is unavailable". I have checked the RPC services on the server as well as the PC and they all seem fine as well as the fact that no-one else is reporting problems with printing. Anybody have any ideas out there?

    make sure the spooler service is started on your computer and the print server
