New image verification for sending out email in outlook

Vdr,

I use outlook connector so that I can open my hotmail account messages in my 2007 microsoft outlook.

Today I tried to send out a email and a image verification window opened up.
The image verification window said that I needed to type in some strings so that I could send out the email. It went further stating that this is used to block out spam messages from being sent.

Is this normal?
Can it be fixed?
