hello,something is going wrong but i dont know what. When I try to ope anything it says program not responding. I ran several scans and all said everyting was ok except Norton scan gets stuck at the same file everytime I run it and it wont complete the scan and it is hard to close it. I contacted norton but they basicially did nothing. I fear a virus can anyone help. Thank you so much.
