I am experiencing about a 15 minute delay after my PC boots up and the desktop appears before the internet gets connected. Once connected, everything appears to run OK.
An anti-virus scan showed no problems, SUPERAntiSpyware only found 2 tracking cookies, and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware detected no problems (log follows).
The HijackThis log is also attached.

Interesting that I can do a ping during the delay time.

The System section of the Event Viewer shows a few errors which may or maynot be part of the problem:
- At 4:21:48 PM Service Control Manager Event 7000 (The Security Services Driver (x86) service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.)
- At 4:24:12 PM Service Control Manager Event 7022 (The Fax service hung on starting.)
- At 4:38:09 PM Service Control Manager Event 7022 (The Server service hung on starting.)
- At 4:38:09 PM Service Control Manager Event 7001 (The Computer Browser service depends on the Server service which failed to start because of the following error:
After starting, the service hung in a start-pending state.)

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
