That has been my home page for years....I have two pc on my desk turned on....

One machine goes to the normal/standard looking MSN page.

The other machine goes to a "Preview" different looking/I hate it looking page.

See the attached for a pic of the new page.

Nope...Have since tested five machines and only the one shows the new page.

I even looked at the zip codes for the weather thing I have setup thinking they were showing it to DALLAS but not a few smaller cities...

My MS contact wrote back saying he didn't have a technical answer...Except the MSN is going through some big changes...And that lucky me is apparently part of the test market.

I quit bothering with MSN's home page earlier this year, as it got to be too obnoxious. I also dumped CBS's home page for the same reason. ABC's home page got dumped years ago as it was the worst of all.

It must be some identifier on your PC that is causing this, maybe the IP address or a usr cookie if you have an MSN account. If I hadn't dumped them already, I probably would now for this reason.

MSN Revamps Site with Focus on Social Networking
Microsoft has unveiled a much-needed redesign of the MSN.com site which includes feeds from Facebook and Twitter. The cleaner and more functional MSN.com could revive the concept of the web portal.http://www.pcworld.com/businesscente...etworking.html

I've used Yahoo as my home page for years. The reason being it opened fast. But not anymore, now there's so many flash ads going on that I've had it actually hang my browser. I've been using cnn lately but it's only a little better than Yahoo. I like the looks of the new msn page. When they get that up and running I think I'll give that a try.

I used to use MSN too. I use the Firefox Google from now on. It's fast, even though I don't trust Google anymore. And I totally agree about the Yahoo. Even the email with Yahoo.
