IE 7 won't open
I installed Internet Explorer 8 and had problems so I did a system restore to get IE7 back. The restore was successful but now when I try to open IE7 it shuts down after 2 seconds.
I also have a question but I don't know where to post it, so if I need to post in another section let me know. When I start my computer I get this message
Diagnostics activated.
new _DIAGWINDOW(DrvnQ117)
delete _DIAGWINDOW(DrvnQ117)
new _DIAGWINDOW(DrvmCDB)
delete _DIAGWINDOW(DrvmCDB)
new _DIAGWINDOW(DrvnCDB)
delete _DIAGWINDOW(DrvnCDB)
new _DIAGWINDOW(DrvnPPqT)
delete _DIAGWINDOW(DrvnPPqT)
It doesn't cause any problems I'm just wondering how to stop it. It started after I uninstalled Roxio Media 10.
Thanks

Bear359--Concerning the Diagnostics messages see

Concerning IE7, are you satisfied with the present situation? If not, perhaps open another thread so as not to confuse whatever answers you get about the diagnostics.
However, a top of the head suggestion is to uninstall IE7 from Control Panel|Add/Remove. And then reinstall.
If you do not find IE7 in Add/Remove (you find it under Windows Internet Explorer 7) and you installed XP SP3 after originally installing IE7, you will have uninstall SP3 first.
