Completed all the recommendations but still having problems

I have done everything on the recommendations sheet and have posted the results of two of the online scans and the hijackhis below. On all of the virus scans I downloaded and ran, each time it would find and delete the viruses and before I could run the next one they would be back....

Please let me know what else I need to do.


This was my orginal post: My wallpaper has been replaced with "Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your PC". I also cannot get to task manager. It says it has been disabled by the system administrator. When I go to regedit to enable it, as soon as I do it changes back to disabled. I have run superanti spyware and mallwarebytes and each time I do it cleans the viruses but then they come right back.
