Activex 9 won't install
I keep getting a message to install Adobe Flash Player, and when I do the installation is unsuccessful. The old flash player has been uninstalled per Adobe's instructions, and I have tried such items as truning off (temporarily) my Norton firewall, to no avail. Any ideas on how to get this installed successfully?

Are you, actually, having any problems with web sites where Flash is employed?
I had that problem before, but everything was working fine, so I kept ignoring it, and eventually, error went away.

Here are the steps I've had to take on a few machines:- Uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

- Remove the Macromedia Flash Player ActiveX control

- Install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
