I tried using a compact flash adapter with my creative zen vision W 30 GB and the MP3 player doesn't recognize that it is attached: I get this error message: Compact Flash Card not detected. Please insert card. My OS is Windows XP. Everything else on the MP3 player works. Any ideas why it might not be working?
