i have this software from motorola mobile phone tools deluxe 4 and i know how everything goes. my data cord is fine and everything. but when i try to transfer my ringtones to my fone i get a message saying unsupported format.... no conversion possible... i kno it has something to do with the file type. but does anyone know why or how to change it if its possible. can you please help me thanks..
