    Ah, for that I recommend you use <p> tags, and a non-serif font (more readable on the web). Also, remember to close your tags and choose an appropriate doctype

    I use a good deal of javascripts and applets.....and run into problems sometimes with other browsers. I only check against IE and occasionally Firefox.....

    At my work most of our internal web pages only work on IE and not Fx.

    One day I was having a whinge to someone about it and they told me that the standard office environment was IE 5.5 and so they had not programmed for anything else - pretty slack I thought but....

    Well not really, not if it's an intranet. In your own work enviroment you can control everything and have the right to dictate to employees what browser they should use. Also the only security issue is keeping people from outside the company off it, so no worries there.
