Looks like it's a driver problem. Have you installed any new hardware recently? It could be something internal (such as a new PCI card) or external (such as an external HDD).
Also, just a hunch but try also reinstalling your network card drivers or modem drivers (whichever you use to connect to the internet).

As already pointed out,
Try current drivers for the NIC/LAN chip.
If already current and using NIC,
Try different expansion slot.
Disable Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. setting.
Lastly, if using NIC,
Try a different brand/model of NIC.
Cheers.

I get an error very similar to that of Shinma. However, it is entirely replicable.
If I try to enter a very respectable corporate site with my browser, my computer crashes and restarts. The computer is running Windows XP Pro, SP-2. I have a broadband connection to the Internet.
If the problem occurs with IE7, event viewer shows the following system error: Error code 100000d1, parameter1 733c7476, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f672eac7.
If the problem occurs with Firefox, event viewer shows: Error code 1000000a, parameter1 7263735d, parameter2 0000001c, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 804e1456.
The site is http://www.rogers.com/web/resources/...FRogers.portal. If I click "residential", select a province and then click "go", my computer crashes and restarts every time.
Since this portal entrance is intended to detect Flash support, I'm wondering if the problem may have something to with Flash.
