[RESOLVED] Excel 2003 and multiple monitors
I think I know the answer to this one already, but I would be happy if anyone has a better answer. I have a PC with 2 monitors that I would like to display 2 Excel spreadsheets on. With Word 2003, you can open 2 separate windows and drag one to the second monitor. However, Excel does not appear to support this capability without expanding the Excel window to cover both monitors and then tiling the 2 spreadsheets. If anyone has any other options for doing this, sufggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

Answer:
There is a way to do this. You can start a second instance of Excel. You also have to have the instance you want to drag to the second monitor NOT maximized, or it won't drag. Once you have both instances positioned, you can maximize them, and open whatever files you want to work with.
