Hello
I'm having a problem deleting the file from Trygames.com for down loading demo games. I downloaded The Hobbit and the file that connects to Trygames.com for downloading the game can not be deleted. An error message comes up access denied. I've unloaded the game but this file remains and can not be deleted. Can you help me with this problem?

See if the program linked to the file is running in Task Manager, that may be why it cannot be deleted, you could either try software such as Eraser: http://www.tolvanen.com/eraser/ OR boot into safe mode and try and delete the file there.

The files (3) (indicating 3 game downloads) are not listing in Task Manager. The couldn't be deleted in "safe mode". I'm having a problem with "eraser" program. Can you help with this. I just want these files removed from my computer.

I think i've found an alternative program you can try, http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/moveonboot.html Just install and run that, select the file to delete and it should require a reboot, and when Windows is loading back up the program deletes the file.
