The best Group Emailer Program?

Hi Guys

Please help me with a software dilemma. I have Outlook as my email browser! It's great and paid for! I need to however, send an email monthly, to about 600 people on my mailing list. As is the joy of Spam, comes the joy of Spam Controllers! If I use Outlook, it sends the email to every address and the recipients can't get it because it tells me, I am SPAM because there are to many recipients! ALL IN ALL, JOY! I thus figure I need a program that can send emails to 600 addresses, but send the email individually to each address! ie. Instead of sending the email once, to all addresses, to senthe one email 600 times to each address. OK, I have some options and I have researched this. BUT as I said, I only need to do this once a month! I have already paid my dollars for Outlook so why should I go spend another $30 a month to do this! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help with some suggestions! Whats good, whats cheap and whats free?
