dll failed to load[Solved]
Problem started with antivirus program continually trying to install upgrades. After several re-boots I received an error message to the effect... E:\Windows\System32\NvCpl.dll failed to load. The result is a very low res screen 800x600 with 4 bit color. I attempted to solve the problem by copying the NvCpl.dll from a (backup drive). In doing so, the error message disappeared but the situation remains the same. System Restore will not work at any prior restore point. (The Win ME partition is running normally.)
Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Click on start->run and type (or copy & paste this): regserv32 E:\Windows\System32\NvCpl.dll
Or re-install your video card drivers.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.
