hole in symantec web secuity

i found a huge hole in symantec web security that alows any person behind the parental controls to surf any webpage within internet explorer and without editing files or even disabling the software, this method also works with every single other parental control software ife tested it on and i could still access adult sites with these running...

how can i notify symantec and others about this and is is possible to sell it to them?

Here is where you can contact Symantec with feedback on any of their products:

https://secure1.symantec.com/discuss...oduct+feedback

And if you really have found a security hole, then informing them of it should be enough reward in itself, knowing that you have done some good for the Internet community as a whole.
