    Excel Worksheet Window Problems

When I open a specific worksheet in Excel 2000, I cannot resize the window. Part of the left side is off the screen. Tried looking in MS Knowledge Base but could not find an answer (may have been using the wrong keywords.)
Attached is a pic of the worksheet. Any help is appreciated.

What happens if you double click on the blue bar just above your spreadsheet data?

Nothing happens. I don't even have the min/max buttons available.

    Hi Spooky88,

    From Spooky88

Nothing happens. I don't even have the min/max buttons available.
    From Excel Help Files:

I can't maximize or close the workbook window.
The Maximize and Close buttons do not appear on windows that have been protected.

To remove protection, point to Protection on the Tools menu, and then click Unprotect Workbook. If prompted, enter the password. (If you are prompted for a password and you do not know the password, you cannot remove protection.)

To protect a workbook without protecting the windows, you can limit changes to an entire workbook without selecting window protection.
    Hope this helps.........
Please post back so others can benefit also........

That is what the problem is. They (unknown) password protected the sheet. Thanks for the input
