    Copy DVD

    Can I make a Back up copy of a movie I purchased?
    I have a new computer with a DVD burner and never used it yet.

    Hi Kentremont

    The lawful answer is you cannot copy it.

    If you did and tried to replay on your new copy I think you would find the picture and sound distorted.

    copy dvd

    Hi,
    I have a Sony DRU500 burner, and I have no problem copying movies that I have bought with the software DVD-Copy.
