    OE / .dll cannot load?

    When starting OE (version 6, Win 98) I now get an error message
    "OE could not be started because MSOE.dll could not be loaded."
    The .dll is still in the folder Program/Outlook Express.

    It worked fine until my kid did something (he has no idea what).

    Any ideas as to why the file will not load and how I can correct this?

    You need to run the Internet Explorer Repair Tool. Go to Start\Run\Accessories\System Tools\System Information. When System Information opens, go the toolbar at Tools\IE Repair Tool. Another will will open. Make sure the option to Repair is selected, not Restore Previous Installation, hit OK, then reboot when prompted.
    If unsuccessful, it will give you a message about reinstalling.
