    Direct CD Help

    while trying to install ez cd 5 platium I keep getting a message telling me no supported drives available. I'd like to be able to make data cd s but without this feature no go. Can anyone help me through this......thank you

    well I just discovered that V.5 does not support my plextor. guess this time I jumped the gun.

    mine is a 2410a and yes I did update to the Jan. 2003 ver.

    That's kinda odd seeing as the 2410A comes bundled with EasyCd creator!!

    Which version of Windows are you running?

    Why use DirectCD which is Packet Writing software and unstable ?

    For Data CD I would recommend Easy CD Creator. Better still, Get the best - Nero Burning Rom from http://www.ahead.de

    Download a 30 days trial version and see if you like it before buying.

    my os is 98se and directcd came with the ezcd software. Think I should uninstall ez all together and install Nero

    I must admit, that would have been a suggestion, but not everybody likes Nero!

    just d\l Nero and burned a large data file. it was easy to use and fast. thanks to you all
