Restore point?

Restore point?

Is there a restore option for Win2k as there is for WinMe & XP.

Or Win98 & SE - using the a:\> prompt:
c:\windows\command\scanreg/restore

Pressing F8 during the boot process opens up the 'safe mode' menu. 'Last Known Good Configuration' is the 2k translation of scanreg/restore.

Although it's not built-in, you can get the same functionality from a third-party app like GoBack from Roxio. It monitors changes to your config and allows you to restore to any previous point.
