NT 4.0 Server DNS
I have a NT 4.0 dns server, and we had noticed that the dns address in the tcp/ip settings was wrong. Will this have any effect on clients using this dns server to resolve names. Or does t only effect the name resolution locally on the server itself?
Thanks

well it depends on what forwarders you setup. basically, your workstations will ask the server, and if the server doesn't have it in it's tables, it's going to ask the dns server setup in it's networking protocol or any forwarders you setup. hope this helps.
