Cannot Send Email From Other Applications
Ok My friend was at one time able to send emails from all her other applications, such as MS Word 2000 and other programs that I assume used MAPI to send the email thru OUTLOOK 2000, which was her default mail client.
Now, this is no longer possible. We deleted the registry keys for Office and ran the Office Repair. This did not work... Removed Outlook and reinstalled.. Did not work.. Remove Office 2000 Premium CD1 and reinstalled, Still does not work.
Now, If I set the Default Email client to outlook Express 6. It works fine, as its supposed to. Switch back to Outlook 2000 and it stops working. Depending if I chose the SEND TO: Mail recipient or SEND TO: Mail Recipient (as attachment) I get different errors. The first being "No such interface" The others would give a MAPI error "unspecifiec error"
Whats confusing me, is if itsa MAPI error, why does outlook express still work?.
The operating system is Windows 2000 Pro. It has ALOT of other programs installed, Norton antivirus 2002 and GO-back.
Contacted MickeySoft and they hinted at it being a virus and to remove Nortons and run an online virus checker.. After removing Norton. The new MAPI error is 32002.
Any Ideas?

A 32002 Error is a visual basic error,
Don't know whether this will help, I'll admit to being baffled myself
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most
