Post MS Dos in Windows ME

Anyone know if I can get into Dos and find the Help files? Are they available with ME?

Check out this website for the Real DOS-Mode Patch for Windows ME

Don't know if the DOS help files are in there. I guess you'll find out when you get there

    Good Luck,

You can get into DOS by clicking Start|Run, type in command and press [Enter]. You should now be at a DOS prompt. From there you can type the name of a DOS command, hit the [SpaceBar] and add a /?. For example:
    • xcopy /?
Most of the DOS commands are still basically the same as in MS-DOS version 6.22. You can view a quick overview of these commands here:

And/or view the main index file here:

Tip: When prompted for a password, give an incorrect one first. A phishing site will accept it; a legitimate one won't.
