Blocking Sender on Outlook

I blocked an sender email one time before and now it would give me the option to block any more senders. I hate getting junk mail from all those services that I never signed up for. How do I go about blocking their email too? Again the options is there, but won't let me block the sender. Microsoft Outlook Express..

You have to click the subject once, count 2, then click the Subject line of the message again. Click the Message menu; Block Sender will no longer be greyed-out.
