Can a bootable floppy access an NT domain?

For years I've used a bootable DOS floppy on workstations to gain quick access Netware servers. Can I do the same with NT/2000 domains?

It seems like I would need a floppy with:
    1) DOS
    2) DOS-based driver for the netware card
    3) TCP/IP or NetBeui drivers
    4) "net" executable to access resources

    1 & 2 are easy. Where would I find 3 & 4?

    Thanks,
    Brandon
