Printing problem with HP Laserjet and Epson emulation
I have an old dos program that only prints to either an Epson or IBM printer, or any printer capable of emulating those printers. What I want to do is print to a HP Laserjet 1000 printer. Does anyone know of any software or DOS command that I could use to get the HP Laserjet 1000 to emulate either an Epson or IBM? I know from experience that I can force an HP Deskjet to emulate an Epson printer, but is there anyway to force a HP Laserjet to do the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I doubt that you will get exactly what you are looking for. What is the program? What 'exactly' is it you are trying to print? Are you running it under Dos X? or Windows 9X?
