    Resolved [RESOLVED] Can't upload to Xdrive

    I have two computers, both running Windows XP; one uses Professional, the other, Home edition. Both run on a network, using broadband Internet. The HP Pavilion 750n (Home edition, 2002) uses Zone alarm firewall, Comodo backup & anti-virus, and Comodo Boclean anti-malware; Spybot anti-spyware, MSIE 7.0, Netscape 6.0. In recent weeks, I've been unable to upload files (most of the time) to Xdrive on the Pavilion. I can do so with the Compaq Presario 5400US, with no problem. This computer uses AVG anti-virus, Spybot, Windows firewall, AOL 9.0, MSIE 6.0.

    What I've tried to do on the Pavilion to solve the problem:

    In MSIE:
    1. Deleted cookies;
    2. Ran the computer in Safe mode, then tried to run Xdrive (java didn't load);
    3. Uninstalled, downloaded and installed the latest Java version (6.0)
    4. Tried to upload one file at a time
    5. Tried running Xdrive in Netscape
    6. Re-installed MSIE/reset defaults

    These steps didn't work; all I see is "Checking Files against server..."

    What can I do to fix this problem, other than switching to the other computer or starting over with a different online storage account?

    Does it work if you temporarily disable ZoneAlarm?
