My computer is still pretty slow. What other issues could there be? I ran a program called Free Window Registry Repair 2.0 and it found 1331 registry errors, some non-existent files or folders, an obsolete software entry, a couple useless file extensions, a couple "invalid add/remove programs", a non-existent MRU and history lists file, and the rest are empty registry keys. Are there all safe to delete?

Don't use any registry cleaners. No gain, damages very likely.
I have to ask you to post your issue under Windows section.
The access to HJT forum is very limited, just you and me.
You'll get more attention.
