Have you installed Yahoo recently? or perhaps downloaded a windows update?
I had the exact same problem until I went to control panel add remove programs. when I removed the Yahoo toolbar program the problem stopped.

I have recently added Yahoo messenger and I am not sure but I believe it was when I downloaded a windows update that the problem occured. However deleting the Yahoo toolbar fixed the problem
