Do you mean you're trying to setup microsoft exchange email or outlook email? Are you setting it up for the first time? Unless you're setting up a networked postoffice for inter-office email between workstations, skip the postoffice settings. If you simply want to set up your internet email, just select internet email when it asks you microsoft exchange and/or internet email.
