New "Important" Shortcuts

Hi all! I've noticed that some desktop icons have special settings in Windows so that they appear differently...when you sort the icons on your desktop by name, for instance, the "My Documents" "Recycle Bin" and "My Computer" icons are always first.

Is there any way to set up other icons this way? I have a desktop shortcut that goes directly to my secondary hard drive, one that goes directly across a network to a drive that I access often for work, and another that I use to send my computer directly into standby mode, and I'd like there to always be at the beginning with the recycle bin, my documents folder, etc.

Anyone that can tell me how to do it?

"sort the icons on your desktop by name"

You'd have to rename ALL icons. example 1_Explorer, 2_My Computer
