Drive A is using MS-Dos compatibility mode file system
Fixed it!!! Reboot your computer and go into bios....look for the type of floppy drive that you have. Mine was showing up as a 5 1/4" floppy so I changed it to 3 1/2" 1.44Mb type (which is what I have) then save changes and exit. Continue to boot up to Windows and the problem will be gone. It only took me 11 hours to get it figured out.

What hair?....lol When I couldn't find the answer on any of the forums it was either take it to a tech and dish out $50 or figure it out myself.
