    Video in card or device

    I would like to put my VHS tapes on my hard drive and then burn them on to a cd.What kind of hardware do I need?

    All you need is a TV card and CD burner I recommend using the following software www.virtualdub.org to capture and www.tmpgenc.net to convert to vcd
