dual hard drive boot
I'm trying to boot two hard drives with the primary IDE Controller. I have NT Server (NTFS) on the Master Controller and Windows 98 on the slave Controller. I thought that by installing Windows 98 NT Server would automatically edit the BOOT.INI file but it didn't. Does anyone know how to do this?

yeah y not charmer,
add these lines to the boot.ini file, make sure u remove the readonly checkbox from the properties.
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)
Driveletter:\=Windows 98
please note that if 98 is installed in the second harddisk which i presume is not using a scsi controller, rdisk will be 1, or it will be 0. if it is installed on the first partition, then partition(1) would be used, otherwise if ur installing or have already installed it on any other partition, give the number orderwise.
