monitor......screen keeps moving

I have re-formatted and restored sys.Ran an EZ fix for the monitor,unplugged and re-plugged, my screen keeps "stretching in and out

You mean it stretches horizontally past the sides of the monitor? Try changing the refresh rate. Control panel--display--settings tab--advanced button--adapter tab. Your monitors manual should tell you what Hz setting to use for whatever resolution you're using. I and someone I know had that same problem. His was fixed by changing the refresh rate. I needed a new monitor which was replaced under warranty.
