[Inactive] Malware/spyware?

Just today I've noticed that when I visit some websites a box will pop up at the bottom of the browser window, in this box it tells me if it is a trusted site or not. If I click on the settings icon it tries to take me to a site called goireview but Mcafee flags it up as a dangerous site. I don't even know where this has come from. The only thing I have installed recently was Crapcleaner but I'm always careful when installing new software because of the rubbish it can install onto your drive.

I've included a Hijack this log report below. Does anybody know where this goireview has come from? Currently running Windows 7 64bit with SP1.

I've downloaded that Malware bytes and will run a scan tomorrow when I'm home from work. Will post back here when it is done.
