[RESOLVED] Error trying to install a program...
I'm trying to install "xsplit" on my son's 64-bit Windows 7 computer. I keep getting this error: Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable.
I tried right-clicking on program and running as administrator. I also tried deleting explorer.exe from task manager and starting it again. I also tried creating a temp folder under C. Any other ideas? My son really wants this program on his computer.
If wrong forum, please move to correct one. Thanks!

I'll post there. However, if someone has any ideas, please post. Thanks!

UPDATE: I created a new user account with administrative rights. I logged into that user account, downloaded the program, and it installed. When I switched users back to the original user account, the program is there and appears to be working. Yay!
