[RESOLVED] Can't upload music to Skydrive
I have been messing around with Skydrive for about an hour. Somehow I was able to upload about 12 kiddy tunes for my grandkids but I have about 4G of music that I want to put on Skydrive and I can't figure out how to do it. I went to Google and read the "how to" from Microsoft but when I did that nothing happened. I have Silverlight installed. Can anyone help?

I've never done skydrive.... But I'd guess that there is a limit as to how much you can upload... What are their limits and how large are the files you've already uploaded?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Skydrive has a 2GB file size limit. If you are uploading the 4G as one big chunk, that could be the problem.

On the screen it said I had a 7G limit. If the file was too large it would be nice if they would have a message to say that is the case.

7G is the total storage of the SkyDrive. The file upload size limit is 2GB.

If you use Internet Explorer 10 or a recent version of other popular web browsers, you can upload files on SkyDrive.com that are up to 2 GB in size. If you use an older web browser, you can't upload files larger than 300 MB on SkyDrive.com.
With the SkyDrive desktop app, you can add files up to 2 GB in size to your SkyDrive folder, which gets automatically uploaded to SkyDrive.

Well, Thank you so much for that information. I never knew that and I will bet a lot of other people did not know that. Thank you Midknyte.
