[RESOLVED] Robo-Form
Hi there,
I have been using Robo-Form for years; it is one of the best programs. I usually use the 'Fill and Logon' option and until recently, it has worked just fine.
But the last few times I have tried to log onto VirtualDr, it will not do so. I get the worng username/password message. If I enter the User Name and Password form the keyboard, jusst as they are listed in Robo-Form, then I can log on.
Has something been upgraded on this site that is preventing me using Robo-Form? Have to admit that a couple of other sites, that I rarely visit, I have a similar problem.
Grateful for any suggestions.
Thanks
Rex
What if the Hokey Cokey IS what it's all about?

What did you have to do to get Robo-Form working with the VDr upgrade? I'm guessing you had to re-do the setup for the site, but it might help others to know for sure.

It makes no sense but this is what I did. As you know, your User ID and Password are filed in RF as a Passcard. Click Fill & Submit, automatically does what it says on the box. That was not working.
So the next time, I entered the same User ID and Password manually into VDr Log-in box and saved them in RF to overwrite the existing passcard. Same ID and password and it now works. As I say, doesn't make sense to me.
However, I have noticed that there are more boxes on the passcard form filled (see attachment previously there was only ID and Password.

PS: Could not add an attachment in FireFox, so had to paste this answer into IE and the attachment section works. Compared with the previous attachment page, I feel the new one is clunky.
