Ascer Aspire 57322 will only boot in safe mode
I started getting a blue screen on my laptop suddenly and no way could I get it to boot other than in safe mode. Attempts to go to normal mode result in the screen full of files preparing for some form of ' Dump'
I tried all I knew but resorted to the local computer shop who kept the machine for 7 days then told me it was 'hard drive failure', this they later corrected to 'motherboard failure' and said that replacement would be uneconomical as the cost would be greater than that of a new machine !
The machine works fine in safe mode my files are available and open on demand but I can't connect to the web in safe mode and thus am stymied when it comes to any attempt at recovery.
I don't understand, how if all this works in safe mode, how it can be motherboard failure.
Can some kind person please advise me what should be my next step?
I will acknowledge all replies
John
