That's just a standard message you'll get every time you try to end a process there. Ignore that.. esp since next time you boot it will come back anyway until it's actually uninstalled.
Open MSCONFIG and see if it's in the startup tab. If it is uncheck it and it won't load again and cause that problem. Then we'll figure out how to completely unistall it once and for all hopefully.
If it's not in msconfig startup tab then let us know.. there are many other places it could be starting from.
