Good news

I can see some folders re-appearing however there is nothing in the folders ( no files) Also there are program icons coming back ( but no files when you click on them
I need much more details on this issue.

Can you uninstall Shaw Secure now?

Uninstall:
Ask Toolbar
Ask Toolbar Updater
...typical foistware.
