Hi everyone my old antivirus stopped scanning my files as soon as the virus hit my computer.

I just AVG and I did a full scan.

I tried to download Anti Maleware bytes as described but could not.
I even changed the file name but that didn't work.

I'm still hoping there is still a chance that my files have not all been destroyed!

I'm hoping there is some hope left here.

Still can't see any programs or files on my computer.
