[RESOLVED] svchost winrscmde automatic removal
has anyone had this particular infection and if so do you know of an automatic fix file out there?

Abby--Not sure what you mean by automatic fix (have you tried anything else?), but first of all go to this forum for help

what happened was that Avast kept saying it blocked malicious urls even when IE wasnt running. tried to restore to earlier date, didnt help, uninstalled avast & installed AVG did a scan & all that.
I have that winrscmde running under processes. I did some checking on that & I think it's up to no good. Searched it some & found a removal file, but I was wondering if anyone else had heard of this & if the "fix" worked.
