    "Document" being used by

I have enclosed a screen shot (boy am I getting good at that) of an ongoing problem. Whenever I open a my documents document, I get this missive. Then I have to click on cancel and the doc comes up and everything is fine.
I feel like I have 2 sets of everything I save. It is like there is a shadow document for every one I create. How can I find out if this is the case and how do I fix it. Or why am I getting this missive? Thanks

It was there last night. Looks like it was deleted. The message was basically "the document xxxxx is open by user yyyyyyy - do you want to open a copy?"

You've messed that screenshot up good and proper, it's too small to read, and I can't even zoom in on it. Have another go.

Hmmm. Well when I click on it in the thread, I do get a very small image but if I click on it again I get a Magnify glass with a + in the center and So I click on it and it goes big. I posted it as a PNG as you suggested in another thread. It is also using up 126KB of my attachment space on this site. I will send another if you want. Thanks

The first fix (help.lockergnome) did the job. Yea! Thank you.
