That file is one related to DirectCD. From the looks of it Easy CD was not fully/properly uninstalled. Removing DirectCD from startup using MSCONFIG might stop the messages, but there are obviously files (from Easy CD) still around. I would suggest reinstalling Easy CD, then trying the uninstall again. Perhaps do the uninstall in Safe Mode.
