Are you looking for a specific heat sink and fan or just a heat sink?

Newegg.com has heat sinks w/fans. Here:

I prefer Thermaltake or Zalman brands.

    This one:

    Or this one:

Will be compatible. Cheaper ones will work but I wouldn't use them. All of them in that first link will work for that CPU.

The motherboard is showing 4 pin. Will this actualy work with a 3 pin fan?

Nope, but here is a list of those that are four pin.

I still like Thermaltake and Zalman for choices. Though I only saw one Thermaltake and have never used that specific one. Pay attention that they fit the LGA775 motherboard.

    This one does:

It is possible to use a 3-pin fan on a 4-pin header, but you will lose the variable speed control.

I knew there was a way, but couldn't think what it stopped working if you used a three pin on a 4pin motherboard. Thanks Nick. I'll try to remember that bit of info.

As SuperSparks said, it is possible to run a 3 wire fan however it will run at 100%. I.E. it will be LOUD. CPU fans use PWM fans for a reason.
